Holding a Master of Science degree, John has honed his skills in business compliance, policy implementation, and risk management, ensuring that investors’ financial assets are managed with precision and care. He also co-directs JNH Equity's asset management, leveraging his 20+ years of experience leading high-performing teams to maximize value and operational excellence.
John is a proud alumnus of John Jay College and the University of Oregon, where he laid the foundation for his lifelong commitment to growth, leadership, and excellence.

Nikisha King Hidalgo is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of JNH Equity Partners, where she spearheads the company’s marketing and investment strategies. With over 15 years of experience as the CEO of three successful companies under the NK Collective, Nikisha has a proven track record of taking startups to six-figure success through her expertise in marketing, operations, and systems management.
Armed with a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Health, Nikisha combines strategic acumen with a passion for fostering growth. Her ability to connect with people—earning her the nickname “the human whisperer”—sets her apart as a dynamic force within JNH. Her boundless energy and genuine care ensure that every investor experiences unparalleled service and support.
Nikisha co-directs JNH Equity's asset management and brings over 15 years of leadership experience to the team. As an alumna of Brooklyn College and Benedictine University, she has built a legacy of excellence, passion, and relentless dedication to the people and projects she serves. Brian Fay is a seasoned developer and entrepreneur with a proven track record in construction management, real estate development, and capital structuring. As the partner of Florida Palm Construction, Florida Palm Plumbing, Potential Property Investments, SAI ROS Investments, Trinity Development Partners, Lake County Development Partners, Tradition Senior Living, Aspen Alcove Senior Living, and Amber Grove Senior Living he has successfully led over 800
projects across residential, commercial, government, and senior living sectors.
Brian currently owns and operates 14 senior living community buildings, as well as multifamily assets and development land across multiple states. He is actively developing more than 1,200 units in Orlando and surrounding Florida markets.
With deep expertise in financial markets, investor relations, and project execution, Brian is known for his ability to simplify complex deals and deliver consistent results. Based in Weston, Florida, he is widely respected for his strategic insight, transparency, and commitment to long-
term partnerships- qualities that continue to make him a trusted figure among lenders, investors,
and industry peers.
